Hey Guys
My name is Janis and I'm a student at American University. I really like cosplaying and dressing up in tacky costumes. I think Superman is swell and Disney is the best~ Some of my hobbies include making fun of Taylor Swift and making ridiculous headcannons. I am also in a bunch of fandoms including Merlin, Doctor Who, Supernatural, DC comics, Young Justice, Phoenix Wright, Community, Teen Titans, Teen Titans Go! and more~
If you are interested in being friends with me, send me an ask!

  • Never canonically married, though it’s implied that she married the prince at some point, perhaps years later.

  • Unknown how much time passed between her meeting the prince and their marriage. It could very well have been at least a matter…

YES YES!! THIS NEEDED TO BE SAID!!

Cause for example Ariel and Cinderella’s wedding, their love interests never SAY they’re going to be married in so and so time, it just fades to the wedding like as a ‘….a few months later’ scenario.

And I love how Mulan the ‘most feminist’ Princess was married most quickly! Of course she is one of the ‘traditonal’ Princesses as well, valuing family and a dutiful life.

FUCKING THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also; Mulan is NOT a princess  … … … . .

She’s in the line-up, so yes she is.

People’s ability to excuse and romanticize villains’ actions, especially those with tragic backstories, is both baffling and terrifying.

Creating complex characters, even antagonists, and finding real human motivations for their actions and decisions is vital to good storytelling. But there is a distinct difference between appreciating a well crafted villain or antagonist, and completely forgiving their actions because they’re tragic or charming.
